Joshua Smith focuses primarily on civil litigation.  He has tried dozens of cases to jury verdicts across the State of Illinois.  He has performed extensive personal injury defense for a variety of insurance carriers.  He also handles various business organization and contractual issues, real estate matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and collections, and he has considerable family law experience.

​Peter Dluski has tried hundreds of cases throughout central Illinois both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney. He has extensive experience appearing before the Secretary of State in Springfield in administrative hearings dealing with license reinstatements. He also handles family, divorce, and eviction matters. He also has tried a number of other litigation matters and represents a municipality in prosecuting ordinance violations.
